World Hand Drumming Workshop*

Mike Gregian will lead this 60-minute instructional and interactive program on world hand drumming techniques! Encouraged Registration HERE.
*All participants would need a hand drum with a skin such as a doumbek, djembe, bongos, conga, or a tambourine with skin, to practice these techniques and play songs with the class.

Songs are performed with instrumental and vocal accuracy; educational background is given for the songs; and audience participation is encouraged!

Spotted Lanternfly 101

Learn about this invasive species affecting native plants in New England: the Spotted Lanternfly. Elizabeth Barnes, from the Massachusetts Department of Agricultural Resources (MDAR), will be here to educate us and will provide the opportunity for questions.

Cricut @ the Library
Our newest digital resource at the library is a Cricut cutting machine, as well as a Cricut Easy Press! The machine can cut paper into creative designs, adhesive vinyl for decals on mugs, or heat-transfer vinyl for shirts, and much more.
